No. Senddio is set up as a Business Solution Provider with Meta, which means Senddio handles the onboarding on your behalf. You upload templates and start sending. Enterprise customers can bring their own provider if they prefer.

You upload templates from the dashboard with simple variable placeholders for things like names, dates and tracking links. Meta approves them in 24 to 48 hours, with live status shown in the app. Senddio's AI template generator can also draft a template for you, based on your recent outbound messages.

Yes. Inbound WhatsApp messages arrive on a webhook, threaded under the original send. Hook up Claude or ChatGPT and your agent can reply within Meta's 24-hour customer-care window with free-form text. Outside the window, you re-engage with an approved template.

The free plan includes 10 WhatsApp messages a month so you can try the channel. Starter and Pro plans include production volumes at a flat monthly price. WhatsApp's conversation-based metering is fully visible in the Logs and Billing pages, with no hidden fees.
