This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Senddio Ltd ("Senddio", "we") uses on senddio.com and the dashboard at app.senddio.com, and what choices you have.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies let a website remember information about your visit — such as that you are logged in — so you do not have to re-enter it on every page.
The cookies we use
We keep our cookie use to an absolute minimum. Senddio sets only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the service. We set no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| senddio_session | Authentication session — keeps you logged in between page loads. | Strictly necessary | 30 days (sliding) | First-party |
| __Host-senddio_csrf | CSRF protection token — prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. | Strictly necessary | Session | First-party |
Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set only in response to actions you take, such as logging in or submitting a form. Without them the Service cannot operate.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not require your consent under PECR or the EU Cookie Directive — however, we disclose them here in the interest of transparency.
What we do not use
- Analytics cookies — we do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar third-party analytics. Internal usage statistics are derived from server-side logs, never from browser-tracking cookies.
- Advertising cookies — we do not run retargeting pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
- Social media cookies — our pages do not embed social share buttons that set tracking cookies.
- Fingerprinting or supercookies — we do not use canvas fingerprinting, localStorage as a tracking store, or any other cookie-equivalent mechanism for cross-site tracking.
Marketing site vs. dashboard
The marketing site (senddio.com) is entirely static — no cookies are set unless you log in via the header link. The dashboard (app.senddio.com) sets the session and CSRF cookies listed above once you authenticate.
How to control cookies
All major browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking them will prevent you from staying logged in to the dashboard. Controlling cookies in common browsers:
- Chrome— Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox— Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari— Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge— Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Changes to this policy
If we ever add new cookies we will update this page and, for any non-necessary cookies, seek your consent before setting them. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
