Every message is scored before it leaves the queue. Risky copy gets flagged with the exact phrase that triggered the score, and you can configure a hard cutoff that pauses the send for review.
Cron sweeps every org's last-24h send metrics. Bounce rate, open rate, complaint rate, agent-traffic share — any 2σ shift turns into an Insight tagged with the cause we infer.

Ask the assistant a natural-language question about your log feed — "why did opens drop yesterday afternoon" — and it returns a single-paragraph answer rooted in the actual logs, not a generic guess.

AI features — FAQ
Anthropic's Claude family for the long-context features (template gen, log analyser, digest) and a fast small model for the per-send spam score. We send the minimum data needed — message subject, headers and recipient hash for the score; full text only when you explicitly trigger template gen or log analysis.
Free includes 20 AI credits / month — enough to try every feature. Pro includes 20,000 AI credits / month. Enterprise is unlimited.
Yes. Turn AI off org-wide in Settings → AI; per-feature toggles let you keep spam-score on but disable the log analyser. Off means the data is never seen by an AI model.
No. We use Anthropic's API with their no-training policy applied. Your message content is not used to train any model and is retained only for the analysis call duration.
Indirectly — agent sends still get spam-scored, still appear in anomaly windows, still feed templates. The agent itself doesn't need to know AI insights exist; they're org-level dashboard surfaces.
